Professor Arash Taksh, has been named a Fulbright Specialist by the U.S. Department of State. Assistant Professor Rituparna Samanta from USF’s Department of Chemical, Biological, and Materials Engineering has been awarded a 2025 New Researcher Grant. Her work explores the phase behavior of proteins and polymers, advancing biomedical engineering and materials science. Samanta joined USF in 2024 after postdoctoral work at Johns Hopkins.
