New Grant to Connect USF Students with More Research Opportunities

A new $10,000 grant awarded to the èßäÊÓƵapp Judy Genshaft Honors College from the Florida High Tech Corridor will allow èßäÊÓƵapp researchers to develop a comprehensive online research portal to connect èßäÊÓƵapps at USF with internal research opportunities.

Working in collaboration with the Honors IT Incubator development team, the Honors College èßäÊÓƵapp researchers will aim to solve the higher education-wide problem of helping èßäÊÓƵapps find engaging research opportunities in a timely fashion. Designed by current èßäÊÓƵapps to meet èßäÊÓƵapp needs, this project will directly support undergraduate research at USF and benefit participating departments by providing actionable data points that highlight where èßäÊÓƵapps are engaging in research.

Honors College èßäÊÓƵapps interested in participating in the project should contact  Judy Genshaft Honors College Assistant Dean for Student Success Dr. Reginald Lucien for more information.
